The 3 on 3 Youth Basketball League is an exciting and comprehensive 8-week program designed for kids in Grade 6-8 who are passionate about basketball. This program provides an ideal platform for young athletes to develop their basketball skills, foster teamwork, and experience the thrill of competitive play.

The league format combines a 1-hour skill development session with a 20-minute 3 on 3 game, ensuring that participants not only learn the fundamentals of basketball but also have the opportunity to put their skills to the test in friendly games.

Program Goals:

  • Develop fundamental basketball skills, including passing, shooting, dribbling, defense, and 1-on-1 moves.
  • Instill the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play.
  • Provide a safe and structured environment for kids to improve their basketball abilities.
  • Create a fun and engaging experience that encourages a love for the sport.

Session Structure:

  • 1-Hour Skill Development: Each session begins with skill-building activities, focusing on various aspects of the game, including passing, shooting, dribbling, defense, and 1-on-1 moves. Professional coaches will guide participants through drills and exercises that cater to their skill levels.
  • 20-Minute 3 on 3 Game: After the skill development session, participants will have the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in a 3 on 3 game. These short games promote teamwork, strategy, and friendly competition.
