Videographer / Photographer

Aspire for Higher (A4H Sports) is a not-for-profit organization that uses sport as a powerful tool to educate, empower, and engage youth from diverse communities. Our Summer Camps are vibrant, high-energy spaces where kids aged 4–14 build athletic skills, confidence, and teamwork through a variety of sports and structured activities.

A4H Sports is seeking a Videographer/Photographer to capture visually engaging, action-packed moments from our Summer Camps. This individual will be responsible for filming and photographing gameplay, drills, and camp life, and will edit and deliver dynamic content that showcases the A4H Sports experience. This role requires adherence to a strict turnaround schedule, with final content due within the same week as filming.

Hourly rate: $4816 gross salary - applicable tax deductions, 8 week contract

Job Requirements:

Attend camp sites 2 days per week to capture high-quality video and photo content of campers during gameplay, drills, and group activities
Film and photograph in a dynamic, fast-paced setting—focusing on energy, movement, and emotion
Create a mix of short-form videos, action shots, and highlight reels for social media and promotional use
Edit content and deliver all finalized media assets within 2 days of filming, meeting internal weekly deadlines
Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual content with the A4H brand and storytelling goals
Maintain organized archives of all footage and photos for internal and future use

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sports photography and videography, preferably with youth programming
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and capture high-quality action shots
Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop
Strong time-management skills and ability to deliver edited content on a weekly schedule
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Must have access to own professional-grade camera, editing software, and reliable transportation
